Monday, September 18, 2006 - Community Alternative welcomes Jody Ackerman to our staff as a full time office assistant.  Jody will often be our first point of contact for people phoning and visiting our premises.  Welcome Jody!

Monday, September 25, 2006 - Community Alternative Funeral Home has once again been selected as a finalist in the Peterborough Chamber of Commerce Excellence Awards.  This year we were selected as a finalist in the "Marketing and Promotions" category.  The awards ceremony will be held at the Trentwinds on Wednesday, October 18, 2006 from 5:30 to 10 p.m.

Tuesday, September 26, 2006 - Community Alternative Funeral Home participated in the 50+ Show held at the Evinrude Centre.  Our booth was staffed by Joan Martin and generated much interest amonst those attending the show.
