 Community Alternative Funeral Home provides reception facillities following services in our chapel and during visitation times upon request. For services held in churches and community halls, we recommend that catering be provided by these orgainizations when available. Listed below are the services provided at Community Alternative Funeal Home
Receptions Basic Reception $250.00 Includes funeral home staff & facilities for a two-hour period following the funeral service. Reception set up, clean up, tea, coffee, cream, sugar, artificial sweetener, table linens, paper napkins, coffee cups, saucers, and plates. Families may provide their own food and drink (upon approval from your director) in addition to the basic reception, or you may select from the following catering items:
Fruit Tray – Assortment of Fruits, Pineapple, Strawberry, Grapes, Cantaloupe, Watermelon & Dip
Veggie Tray – Assortment of Vegetables, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrot, Celery. & Dip
Cheese Tray – Assortment of Sliced Cheeses & Crackers (more exotic cheeses available)
Dessert Tray – Assortment of Dessert Squares (Brownies, Nanaimo Bars, etc)
Drinks – Fruit Juices, Pop (cans or bottles), bottled water, are available – Please check with your Director for prices |
